    This is my 3rd month on virtual training and I love it. Being able to get comfortable in your home before working out is great. I come home relax and get ready for training, there is no rushing around trying to get somewhere by a certain time. It’s just be ready at 630PM for training. I enjoy the content Ree gives us cues to make sure we are doing what we need to do so we maximize the quality of the movement.

    No matter where you are in your fitness journey, these workouts are built to meet you where you are and challenge you to grow! 🔥 Beginners: Start with body weight and progress at your own pace. Focus on feeling each movement, maintaining proper form, moving slowly and intentionally, and taking adequate rest between sets. 🔥 Advanced: Push your limits! Choose a weight that’s challenging but controlled, increase your reps or weight as you progress, and shorten rest periods to maximize intensity. The goal? Consistent progress and unstoppable confidence! 💪🏾🔥
